I’m a homesteader, healthy recipe developer / cook and dedicated yogi on a mission to deliver better health care to my patients. My approach to Replete Health looks at you as a whole person and is completely customized to provide support in the areas where you’re out of balance. My goal is to help you truly transform your health, to uncover the root cause of your health issues and teach you the tools you need to create life-long wellness. I’ve used my signature Replete programs to help thousands of patients to balance their hormones, improve energy and achieve clear glowing skin, naturally.

She’s also completed extensive additional training in anti-aging medicine, skin health, integrative fertility and advanced hormone-balancing protocols to help you look and feel your best from the inside out. LIVING MY MOST REPLETE LIFE, MY PERSONAL 2025 GOALS:
- Grow my own food: this has been on my goal list for years and we have some exciting updates on this one. My love and I are finally mostly settled in at our homestead in northern Ontario. While gardening with a new born wasn’t easy we managed to grow some beautiful vegetables this year and have even more plans for 2025. We’re keeping bees, growing food + herbs, building & (almost finished) renovating a home, raising chickens, fishing, hunting & foraging sustainable food sources, finding peace and cultivating our dream life, yolo.
- Make self care a priority in my own life so that I can show up everyday as the best possible version of myself. Self care is the ultimate act of self love and vital to my ability to continue giving so much to my patients. This year I’ve created a list of my top self-care items and my goal is to book 1 of these gifts for myself every week; acupuncture, massage, facials (scalp facials & intense facial massage sessions), infrared sauna sessions and classes that facilitate my personal growth. Balance > everything.
- To create a new healthy recipe or write a new blog post every single week. 2024 was wildly busy with renovations, a new born and supporting my patients and as a result there wasn’t a lot of time left for my online passion projects. We’re finally getting a little sleep with Nashie turning 7 months so I plan on returning to my creative outlets (cooking, writing, filming) and am committed to posting something every single week. - Practice yoga every day! In 2019 I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training as the ultimate wellness gift to myself. I am my best and most beautiful self when I am calm and grounded, and yoga helps to get me there. Needless to say I practiced yoga exactly zero times in 2024 between pregnancy and postpartum challenges. 2025 is the year I return to my mat!
